How do I redeem my Gift Card or Prize Voucher ?

First of all, there should be a 6-digit code on your Gift Card or Prize Voucher - you'll need this when placing your order.

We can offer you two options to redeem your voucher:

1. Call us on 02 9967 0644 to place your order
2. Place your order over our website and use the discount code during the checkout process.

METHOD 1 - add the code on the CART page once you've added all your items to the shopping cart.

METHOD 2 - add the code during the CHECKOUT process (step6, right at the end).
